In 2016 I put together House Resolution 4659 to honor Katherine Merck, the first person from the State of Washington to earn the title of Miss Rodeo America. Katherine did an outstanding job representing rodeo and Washington State.I was proud to put this resolution together to honor Ms. Merck. You can view the resolution here.
